we liked everything at finlandia including rooms and the food. a nice comfy base for exploring pamporovo. we loved it.

Huge standard room with fireplace. Location short walk to 2 or 3 good restaurants close by, Finlandia for 2nd year running 2 families 12 in total and predatory local taxis. Nice hot breakfast, very good services...

We stayed in a hotel located in a beautiful forest area, but it required taking a shuttle to get to the ski slopes. The shuttle service was complimentary, however, the limited schedule reduced our available ski time by one hour daily. On the bright side, we enjoyed fast internet access and the room was cozy enough to keep us warm.

Nothing that we didn't like.

We had a fantastic snowboard holiday at a hotel nestled in natural wood by the ski lifts. Our large room was peaceful, with great views of the trees, and the staff was extremely friendly. the food choices were plentiful, with delicious Bulgarian dishes. the packed breakfast on our return trip was a really nice touch, and the free mini bus to and from the ski centre was very convenient.

I didn't like the fact that some guests were noisy and inconsiderate, smoking in the restaurant and creating an unpleasant atmosphere for other guests.

Spent Easter at a hotel in Pamporovo area with friends. the room we got had a great view of the surrounding hills and the forest. the shuttle service was convenient to take us to the town for shopping. the food in the restaurant was filling and we enjoyed some of the local dishes.

We felt certain sections of the hotel were not cleaned too well. the room's cleanliness was questionable and we had to request fresh towels as they were not replaced.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was quite far away from the bus station, but it provided a peaceful and serene environment surrounded by a beautiful forest. The staff here were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist us with any information we needed.

The food was wonderful, with a wide variety, even for vegetarians. We enjoyed the indoor pool which was small in size but perfect for relaxing after skiing. The hotel offered a free shuttle service to the ski slopes.

The hotel offers a ski shuttle, ski equipment rentals, and ski storage, making it easy for guests to hit the slopes. Our family had a blast exploring the Pamporovo Ski Resort and FunPark Pamporovo, which were both just a short distance from the hotel. The friendly staff made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable family trip.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel had more indoor recreational activities for children.
